These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Bruma Enterprises LLC, doing business as Meow-Go Car Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Agreement
Meow-Go Car Detailing provides professional mobile car detailing services at the client’s location. Service times may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected package.
All services are performed using professional products and industry-standard techniques.

2. Booking & Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
If a client repeatedly cancels or fails to appear, future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.
• Same-day cancellations may result in partial deposit retention.
• No-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Pricing & Vehicle Condition Adjustment
All prices listed on our website represent base service rates and are subject to adjustment based on the actual condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.
Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring excessive time, labor, or specialized treatment, including but not limited to:
• Excessive pet hair
• Heavy staining or deep extraction
• Mold or strong odors
• Excessive sand, mud, or debris
• Biohazard contamination
• Severe paint neglect or oxidation
If additional work is required beyond the selected package, the client will be informed and must approve the adjusted total before work continues.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing to reflect the level of labor, time, and materials required.

5. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
Clients are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive areas, aftermarket modifications, or prior repairs.
We are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing paint damage
• Loose trim, badges, or moldings
• Previously repaired or repainted panels
• Failing clear coat
• Electrical or mechanical issues
• Engine-related issues during engine bay cleaning
All services are performed with professional care. However, detailing may expose prior damage or defects that were not previously visible.

6. Satisfaction Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the concern.

7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept approved payment methods as listed at the time of booking.
Failure to submit payment may result in collection actions permitted under Texas law.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Bruma Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
